For our CPU - it's the Intel Core i9-13900K. Gaming or content creation, this one will deliver top shelf performance. With its hybrid CPU architecture featuring both Performance and Efficiency cores, this one blows previous generation performance metrics out of the water. To keep it cool, we go with the massive Noctua NH-D15 chromax in black. For this white variant of Assassin we add the Noctua NA-HC4 chromax.white heatsink covers. Want it liquid cooled? Add an ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 to keep it even colder - we add white AIO sleeves for this variant.

To handle this behemoth, we opt for the ASUS ROG Strix Z790-A Gaming WiFi motherboard. The quickest way to ensure your system deteriorates quickly is to cut corners on the motherboard. The quality of the power solution, cooling system, capacitors, and VRM truly matter more and more the longer you play on a system. Motherboards are sort of like people - they all age differently. And like people, some of them age more like bad cheese than fine wine.
