Customer service was great! Overall I had a great experience and I felt like a kid in a candy store opening the box for the reveal! About a year ago I purchased this PC in need of a reliable upgrade, I found Alexander PCs and saw they were a veteran owned company. Coming from a military family, I was happy to support!

A couple weeks ago the liquid in this computer started to leak, I reached out to Jacob Miller and he guided me through the steps in order to get the computer in, and looked at. He updated me through every single step and sent me back the computer looking like I first got it! He also updated thermal paste, cleaned the computer, and serviced it assuring it’s going to run to its best capabilities.

I would 100% recommend this company for any of your computer needs! I won’t ever purchase elsewhere.

I'll start by saying "Top notch". As a military vet, having a vet on board...they had me at hello lol. All jokes aside I would recommend Alexander to anyone in the market for a PC. They do have competitors but where I think they take the lead is top notch customer service, builds, and faith in there product enough to back it with a lifetime warranty. Who does that? Alexander is who. Any and all questions you have for them is answered extremely fast so go check them out. FYI If you want to see them in action go check them out on twitch where they do live builds, gaming, and even promote small and large twitch streamers.
