Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Alexander PCs! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Alexander PCs currently conducts regular business in the United States, United States Territories, Canada, and overseas US Military Installations (APO/FPO addresses only). International orders from outside these service areas are for custom PCs only, and will be handled on a case by case basis, subject to advance payment in full via wire transfer.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Desktop PCs designated as Ready-To-Ship will ship within 24 business hours of verification of purchase by Alexander PCs staff and completed capture of payment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Estimated shipping dates for preconfigured models and custom orders are updated in real time in the announcement bar at the top of all web pages.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Clients who provide contact information will receive tracking information for their shipment. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping is included with your purchase for Continental United States based clients. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and APO/FPO addresses will pay a shipping surcharge that is clearly displayed at checkout.

Expedited delivery options are available for an additional fee, please contact Alexander PCs for details if you wish to expedite shipping. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or other conditions that may impact the freight carrier. Alexander PCs is not responsible for carrier delays and does not guarantee any specific delivery times.

Alexander PCs does NOT ship to known freight forwarding addresses or freight forwarders. Alexander PCs may or may not ship to PO Boxes at our discretion. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). You must provide a valid email address in order to receive tracking information. Alexander PCs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages 

Alexander PCs provides shipping insurance for all orders. We do not charge additional fees for this. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact Alexander PCs in order to make a damage claim. You will need to provide photos of any damage. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Minor, cosmetic damages to PC cases or components that are immaterial to the operation of the PC or components are eligible for minor damage claims only, and may or may not be replaced subject to the discretion of Alexander PCs. Damages resulting in component failure or structurally significant damages to PC cases or components are considered major damage claims and will result in the PC being returned to Alexander PCs for repair or replacement as the situation merits. You must notify Alexander PCs of any damages from shipping within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns Policy

All sales are final and as is. All deposits to hold merchandise are non-refundable. All returns are at the sole and exclusive discretion of Alexander PCs and must take place within 30 days of purchase and will be charged a fee as specified in the Lifetime Limited Warranty policy section of the website.
