Yes, we require you to actually speak to a real human being in order to get a custom built PC from us. This is so that we have a clear understanding of your usage requirements and your vision for the project. We've found that actually talking to someone **before** placing a custom order leads to outcomes which are far superior than if we just build a configurator on the website.
If you're looking for something waaaaay beyond artwork, screen mods, water cooling, etc. - think a **totally** scratch built PC - we've got you covered there, too!
For TRUE scratch building, we have the option to collaborate on major projects with our friend Derek from RhoadsPC. Derek is a multiple time Intel Creator Challenge participant who's known in the industry as an incredible custom case designer, and also for his epic 3D printed mods and themed work. RhoadsPC is a regulator collaborator with Alexander PCs, and employees from both organizations have had their work featured on display at such events as PAX East, TwitchCon, PAX West, and other major industry events.
